- Elbow kit includes: 2 elbow sections, 2 locking bands, and 1 interior resupport
- The 30-degree insulated elbows can be used for fixed offsets of 30-degree slopes
- Elbows rotate 360 degrees to create the exact angle desired
- Greater angles than those described above are prohibited by UL Standard 103 and by the terms of the product's listing
- Locking bands (included) must be used at each joint
- Each offset must be resupported
- Minimum 2-inch clearance to all combustibles is required
- Type HT all-fuel chimney listed to UL103HT safety standards
This elbow kit is exactly what you need to construct an angle for your MetalBest chimey system. Designed for use with an 8" inner diameter chimney pipe, this elbow kit rotates 360 degrees to create the precise angle that you wish for. The elbows can be used for fixed offsets of 30 degree slopes. Since angles greater than 30 degrees are prohibited by UL Standard 103, this product ensures you of every option available. The kit includes 2 elbow sections, 2 locking bands, and 1 interior resupport. Keep in mind that the included locking bands must be used at each joint, that each offset must be resupported, and that you must provide the required minimum clearance of 2" to all combustibles.
