*Venting Requirements: This unit requires venting pipe with an inner diameter of 8 Inches. Please see the Venting Components section on this page if available for venting pipe that must be used with this unit. It is important to keep your chimney in order to keep out rain, snow, and debris. This cover must also allow air to flow freely out of the chimney. This Round Chimney Pipe top provides all of these needs. It gives the chimney a clean, finished look. It is also efficient in allowing adequate airflow. This pipe top is designed for use with an 8" pipe, and it fits directly on the top of the pipe. It can also be used with a spark arrestor, if you want make sure embers do not fly out. Top Notch!
This is a high quality product at a nice, low price. I could not locate an exact fit to replace my old asbestos pipe, but this unit clamps perfectly around the pipe.

Too Expensive!
I feel a little bit ripped off because I found a very comparable product at my local hardware store for much, much cheaper. The metal on that one wasn?t quite as sturdy though.

Problem Strap but Otherwise Very Nice
This item is very well made, but the strap was way too large for what I needed. Therefore, it had to be cut and bent, and then I had to drill another hole to fit its size.
