Good but not excellent product,,the shipping box was very thin and did not come with any padding / foam on the inside of the box to protect the chimney pipe during shipping, lots of dents. Also the inner 8 inch wall was misaligned with the support rings and the fiberglass liner was over stuffed and hanging out .not at all a good presentation for my investment. l had to file several claims to finely get something acceptable. Efireplacestore kept sending my replacement after replacement until it was right.
