Is this unit available in Natural Gas?  What elevation is this unit rated for?
    1 Answer
You can see the natural gas model here. This unit is rated for 2,000 ft elevation and needs to be derated after that point. The manual states the following about elevation: High Altitudes -  For altitudes/elevations above 2,000feet(610m), input ratings should be reduced at the rate of 4 percent for each 1,000 feet (305m) above sea level.

Does this model have a filter?
    1 Answer
Yes, this furnace has a washable, permanent type filter in the door which should be cleaned at least once per year before the heating season. For dirty or high use areas, more frequent cleaning is required.

Where does the air come from to heat the furnace? Does it come from outside the flue, chimney or does it take the air from inside the room. What about condensation?
    1 Answer
That is a "B" vent unit so it does draw air from within the home. In the owners manual (see thumbnail below the unit) on page 4, it shows ways to draw air from other sources then the room. All combustion causes condensation. "B" vent unit will dissipate most of it through the venting, unlike a vent free unit.
