The electric fireplace received minor shipping damage during transit. The back right side received a minor impact dent, which caused the right bottom lip to flare out slightly. The dent has been removed; however, some paint is missing. Upon installation, the bottom right corner should go flush, and the missing paint will not be visible. This minor damage will not affect the fireplace's performance or aesthetic. The unit is safe for use.
