Unfortunately, the stem seal is not replaceable without removing the valve from the wall.

Perfect Gas Valve for Fire Pits!
This gas valve was easy to install and works great! The quarter-turn shutoff is super convenient and the build feels very durable. Upgraded my fire pit with no problems.
