Does this price include top and underneath plates for a concrete floor installation?
This item is a single DuraVent Firestop Support Plate assembly, not a top and bottom pair. It consists of two identical half sections that bolt together around the vent pipe. According to DuraVent installation instructions, the plate is installed at the top of the opening only; a separate underneath plate is not used with this product. Full mounting details are available in the Type B Gas Vent Installation Manual.
