How long are the three flex pipes?
This is only the termination kit. The 3" flex pipes are sold separately, so the lengths would depend on your purchase.

Can you buy this without the piping and still use it for 3-inch liners?
Yes, the top plate with the adaptor is found here and the termination cap can be found here. These are made for 3" liners on the bottom side of the top plate.
