What is the diameter of the opening?

The manufacturer does not provide this exact dimension, but this is trim for the 6-Inch DuraTech Wall Thimble; that opening measurement will be just a bit more than 8 inches. This is because the DuraTech chimney with a 6-Inch inside diameter has an outside diameter of 8 inches.
