I have a 6-inch Duratech SS system that I am relocating and I have an overhang that I need to navigate. The above wall support will allow me to position the flue pipe far enough from the wall to clear the overhang. Having difficulty finding a tee support that will accommodate the same space. The standard Duratech support will only allow for 6 inches of clearance when fully extended.

The tee support is not required when using that extended wall support.

What is the max wall clearance?

For the 6" DuraTech pipe, this bracket can adjust to position the pipe from 8" to 15" away from the structure. For the 8" DuraTech, it can adjust from 7" to 14".

Do you need to use the stainless steel bracket if your chimney is stainless steel? Or can you use the galvanized bracket?

Either bracket can be used, though we recommend the stainless steel one if it will be exposed to the elements.
