You can pick from grey or clear glass, and choose a handle style that you dig. Plus, there are tons of colors to pick from, so you'll totally find one that fits your vibe. They're designed for masonry fireplaces and can fit openings of various sizes. You can even add hanging mesh for an extra touch. For outdoor spots, the Bronze Burst and Satin Nickel finishes are a solid pick.

Will this cover an opening of 36" wide by 29 1/2" high?
Technically it will not fit your fireplace as it is only rated for openings up to 29.25" tall, but it would be very close.
