Can I install this into a fake fireplace and use double-wall piping up to the roof?
Yes, this unit can be framed around, and you can use double-wall insulated class A chimney pipe inside the enclosure. The chimney pipe would only require 2" of clearance from combustibles. Here is a link to the manual for reference and framing requirements.
