Customer Q&A with Product Specialists
Bob C.
from Goleta asked:
What does the burner look like that comes with the Formation Creation 15 Inch Country Oak See-Thru Gas Log Set with Burner? Is there a diagram?
This gas log set is a complete system that includes the burner, pan, grate, gas line, and sand. According to the installation manual, the burner is placed on the firebox floor, with the pan and sand layered above it. The ceramic fiber oak logs are then arranged on top. The manual provides diagrams illustrating this burner and pan placement, which can be viewed here: installation manual.
