A Nice Solid Set of Tools
We bought the poker, tongs, brush, and shovel separately, because we didn't want any stand. They are all nice, solid work, pleasant to handle, effective, and good-looking. After some experience, I find that I prefer this design of tongs over the one where both handles are the same length. Usually you use fireplace tongs with one hand below and one hand above, and in this design the handle above is shorter, which seems to give better control over the log.
