What is the height of the sides, including the finials?

I have a Pilgrim tool set that I bought in 2005 that has balls (no claws) on top of the tools. It is black (I would call it a matte black, but no longer have the formal description). What is the difference between a burnished black and the matte black? Would this fireplace screen go with my 2005 Pilgrim tool set? Thank you for your help.

Burnished has more of a texture to the finish then a smoother matte finish. Both are flat and without a shine.

How does this screen stay up? I don't see any feet or support brackets connected to it.

The screen does not use support feet but relies solely on the bow of the design for stability. It is important that the screen is pushed against the fireplace facing, as the screen can easily tip towards the concave side of the bow.
