What is the weight of this set? Is it wrought iron?

Per the manufacturer, this set weighs approximately 16 pounds. While it does have a wrought iron finish, the set is constructed entirely of steel bar.

What is the diameter of this tool set?

The center of this unit measures approximately 8" in diameter. The base measures about 10 1/4" corner to corner.

Love This Set!
Knowing that this fireplace set is made by Pilgrim made our purchase a no-brainer. The style goes with everything and the quality is beyond compare. eFireplace sent it to us within a week. What more could anyone ask for?

Theyre Not Born in the USA, but Theyre Still OK
The tag says they are, but they are in fact from China. We were concerned that the paint used would be toxic and that the fire would induce toxic release. However, weve been pleasantly surprised to find these have held up extremely well. Each tool is very strong and durable. They also look great. The broom isnt quite as well made as I'd hoped, but it is fairly sturdy and the bristles are not plastic and thus wont melt from the heat. The price is also hard to beat. Stove stores wanted a lot more for their tool sets, and they werent as well made! In any case, I was hoping to avoid a product from China, and I searched long and hard to be able to do that, but in the end, were happy we settled with this set.
