As is the case with most of our fireplace tool sets, they can be utilized in an outdoor environment, but it is recommended to paint the set with a high temperature ceramic coating. Otherwise, even the stainless finish sets will begin to corrode over time.

Absolutely I have mine at a picnic pavilion with a fireplace. It works great even with larger logs, has held up perfectly well despite the weather. Love it!
