Price was right
The item was as advertised. The actual pipe with the holes seems a bit "thin walled" for being in a fireplace, but has been working just fine for the few fires I've had so far. I run propane to my fireplace to start the fires. I did not use the mixer valve that came with the unit since the holes are small and I thought it would clog with ash after a short period of being in the fireplace. I'm not sure what the mixer valve is even for as I have been running direct propane to start for over 10 years(even with the previous valve. I do like the end angle that keeps it level in the fireplace so that the pipe doesn't start drooping from the extreme heat weakening the metal. So far so good and the price was the best I've found.
