For the safety minded, this Flame Sense square bowl fire pit insert comes with a flame sensing device, allowing it to turn off the gas if the flame is blown out by the elements. This Flame Sense fire pit is meant for use with small propane tanks, which you should keep at least 54" away from the open flames.
