This quality liner cap is made of 100% 304 alloy stainless steel with welded construction. The cap has a 24 gauge stainless steel single piece hood, a 24 gauge stainless steel base, and a removable stainless steel mesh for protection from pests. The liner cap mounts easily with a 2 inch draw band and has 18 gauge stainless steel braces for added support.
Designed for use with rigid or flexible stainless steel liners, the Hy-C 10 in. Stainless Steel Single Flue Chimney Liner Cap has a multitude of uses for all types of homes. I need a chimney top for my circa 1992 MARCO model 792792 fireplace. Can you help me determine the correct size based on the following dimensions of the base tiers where the cap would attach, and the attached picture?
Base Tiers:
A: Height - 1.25", Circumference - 31.75", Diameter - 10.25"
B: Height - 0.25", Circumference - 39", Diameter - 12.50"
C: Height - 0.25", Circumference - 47 5/16", Diameter - 15.125"
D: Height - 0.50", Circumference - 57.25", Diameter - 18.25"
The original chimney top was attached at tier C. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
