Do I have to use an electrical grounding kit for a non cat wood stove?
A grounding kit is necessary by code if the stove and board is being installed in a modular or manufactured home. In other cases, it is not a requirement. However, it is a good idea to install as it will help to dissipate the effects of a lightning strike.
