Most versatile grill I've ever owned
This grill is amazing and so versatile you can do everything from smoking to searing. I looked at all the Kamados out there before buying this one. The gas insert was a very appealing option which is grate for doing quick grilling during the week. I have smoked several times on this now and I am amazed at how easy it is to hold the temp where you want it, even with freezing temps outside. cleanup is extremely easy also.
