Will a 30lb gas bottle run these gas logs? I understand the bottle may not last a long time.

A 30 pound tank would only last about 8 hours in an ideal climate. During this time, you may also experience outage issues as the level of propane decreases in the tank. In colder climates, smaller tanks may not provide adequate pressure for gas hearth systems even when full.
