Do you need to condition this before use, and what is your recommendation for cleaning?
Rinsing the platter with warm water before use is recommended. When cleaning the platter, wash with warm water (no soap), then dry with a lint-free cloth. Apply a light coat of cooking oil or cooking spray to the surface of the platter. Use a paper towel to wipe the surface until no oil residue remains.
