Fantastic Sear Plate for High-Heat Grilling!
This steel plate and grill grate is excellent for achieving a perfect sear on steaks, fish, and vegetables due to its high heat capabilities and even heat distribution. While a slight adjustment to the vent hole placement could maximize the solid surface area, it's still a fun and impressive addition to my grilling setup.
