Customer Q&A with Product Specialists
Carrie M.
from Buffalo, NY (14216) asked:
I'm looking at the Pilgrim Refined Rivet Mesh Fireplace Screen. It says it usually ships within 6-8 weeks, but the same screen at West Elm is not shipping anytime soon. Is this product being discontinued, and is it in stock? Is it possible to get it sooner?
The Pilgrim Refined Rivet Mesh Fireplace Screen is not listed as discontinued. It is a special order item and is not in stock for immediate shipment. It usually ships within 6-8 weeks of ordering, and we are unable to confirm a faster ship date for the mesh version. If a glass front would work for you, the Pilgrim Refined Rivet Glass Fireplace Screen currently ships same business day.
