Love the rug
We love the rug, haven't dropped any hot embers on it to see if holds up, but appears to be as described. Our only disappointment is that we "walks" away from the hearth due to the carpet underneath. Not sure what to do about that, having to constantly readjust, but that is not the rugs fault for sure.

Love this Rug
We recently put in a new floor and built a hearth for our wood burning stove. I wanted a hearth rug to go beyond the hearth in case of sparks and had been looking for several weeks. I kept coming back to this one. It is exactly what I wanted in size, shape and color. When we received the rug I was even more impressed. I just love it. It looks fantastic with our hearth and floor and is doing a great job.
