This set of fireplace logs for our outdoor patio was easy to install and works great. We got the manual start which is easy to operate. We love the look of these logs and the realistic fire.

Post Oak Fire Set
The log set is very nice and exactly what we wanted.
The quality of the set is very good.
All of the logs were shipped in one box and was very for the shipper to handle. The replacement logs were shipped in two separate boxes and packed with more packing to withstand the shipment.

Real Fyre offers a multitude of well built gas log sets. The installation instruction are nicely detailed and easy to follow. I am replacing an old non-vented gas logs set that was OK, but always looked cheap both in the logs and flames. Plus it was noisy and created a minor odor. My new Real Fyre gas log set looks great and the flames and embers look quite realistic, a much improvement from my original gas logs. I know that I will enjoy these gas logs for a long, long time and the appearance of my installation looks exactly as Real Fire's associate picture!

Easy setup. No smell like they some have. Beautiful natural-looking fire.
Logs have blackened around the flamed areas since use. Knob is a little difficult to get used to at first.

Beautiful logs
They are really good and gives very beautiful flame. However they are too heavy. You will need a proper gas burner to get the best flame.
Do not use them if you have just a gas lighter in the fire place. These logs will turn black.

Web-site was easy to use and had all the information I needed and more to pick out the gas logs I wanted. Easy ordering and quick shipping in perfect condition. The professional I had install said I had done a good job and it was a quality product and he had no problems. The fireplace looks beautiful and it warms up my small living room. I wanted the logs for alternative heat in case the electric went off and it will do the job. If I change out the ceiling fan to one that will reverse I will get more heat than I do now.
Logs look just like real oak logs and really radiate the heat after you have it going for a short time.

Outstanding Product
Our logs came in perfect condition,however, after the installer left, I realized there was a large bag of sand and embers that weren't used. I called customer service to inquire how much sand should have been used. Turns out the installer was.wrong in not filling the pan. I have never received such outstanding customer service. Kevin actually went out to the warehouse to send me pictures. Our fireplace is totally realistic, and the gas logs look better than real ones!!!!

Much Better Than Local
After a little while of using this set, we can honestly say that we think we got the best deal possible. Local stores were giving us estimates almost twice as much as what this costs, and we are using a superior set. I would definitely recommend one thing. Get the best burner possible, even if you have to downgrade your set. Our burner burns in between the logs and around them, so it really looks like we have a wood fire in our home. It seems like we are always using this fireplace because we like it so much. I sincerely encourage you to purchase a set like this.

Attractive Set
It is pretty amazing how much is included in this set. (I was actually slightly disappointed that I had to go out and get the proper pipe dope to use on a gas line. I wish they gave you that too.) Like everyone else said, it takes almost no time to put it together and get it in the fireplace. It is a very attractive gas log fireplace.

You Will Be Happy
It is amazing how quickly the product came after we ordered it, and it was pristine. Not a piece was missing, and it took less than an hour to assemble and put in the fireplace. It may take a while to get the logs just how you like them, but we actually like the standard configuration the instructions provide. Not only does the configuration give it a real fire look, but the embers add that finishing touch. I also must compliment the manufacturer on the logs. They hold heat for a very long time (we actually only run the fire for a couple of hours and then the logs will radiate for just as long). I couldn't be happier with this set, and think that you will be happy as well.

The Price Is Great!
I was hesitant about buying these logs at first (the cost seemed too good to be true), but after making the plunge I was completely surprised. Simply Amazing
If you are looking for a no frills log set than this is the product for you. Even though it is so simple, I can't give the product anything less than a 100%. The level of design and craftsmanship that went into the creation of the logs is amazing. It feels like I could use it for the next thirty years without any problems. That being said, the directions are more guidelines than anything else. They don't really take into account specific circumstances when explaining installation. Sometimes, gas hookups are on the left side, but the directions only describe a right oriented gas hookup. Adding some extra pipe solves this problem, but it would be nice if they told you about it. Also, take special care when bending the aluminum pipe that the instructions indicate you should. It is very easy to crease it, but putting sand inside should help with the shaping.

Wonderful Atmosphere
We were looking for something to give that natural, woodsy dcor to our room, but the realism of this product just blew me away. We actually have to point out to many guests that the fire isn't an actual wood fire. It fit perfectly in our old fireplace (it definitely adds a cozy atmosphere to our home), but I am slightly disappointed that it did not come with a safety valve.

Plenty of Embers
Although they sell extra embers, I think that the set is packaged with a more than adequate amount. Even thought this set was suppose to be a temporary thing for us, we are considering just keeping it because we like it so much. It is actually very surprising how easily this set heats our home. It is such a great deal, especially for this cost.
