horrible - wish I could give no stars
You would have thought that the 'stem' on this brush was a coated wire, but no. Seems to be some plastic or resin that after continued bending (remember it comes coiled up) to straighten and clean the chimney, breaks. I was fortunate that it broke at the top of the chimney, otherwise my stack would be blocked with the brush. Worthless.
Not a darn thing.

Does the Messy Job
I have an unusual pellet stove vent that goes up, turns, goes through 2 walls and extends 4' outside.This is the only tool I've found to allow me to do it myself.
I guess the pro and con are for the same reason: the flexible handle is so flexible that I tape it to a 10' rod to force it through. But I also like that about it so I wouldn't change it
