Does this unit require a separate circuit breaker, or electrical supply?

It does draw 12.5 Amps so it would need to on a breaker that would accommodate that and whatever else you would have on that breaker.

Good Source of Extra Heat
We bought this unit to provide an additional heat source for our condo so that we would not have to run the furnace as much. It came well-packaged, it looks nice, and the fire has a very realistic appearance. We did find the assembly directions a little challenging to follow. It is in our bedroom and so far is doing a good job of providing the extra heat we wanted.
