I bought a Sierra Flame Boston 36" and the flame can barely be seen. Is the one on the Newcomb a higher flame?
This Newcomb model has a BTU rating of 21,000, which is a bit more than the Boston model's rating of 16,000 BTUs. As such, there will be a slightly larger flame on the Newcomb unit.
