Does the Shasta have a 90-degree elbow that goes from stove to wall pipe?

The Shasta Vent pipe is a chimney pipe and the elbow kits are only available in 15 and 30-degree kits. The black stove pipe would have options for 45 and 90-degree elbows.

With the tee and the bracket (the support), can the bracket be turned over? And can the tee be turned around 180?

No, the tee can only be installed as shown, turning the chimney 90-degrees on a flat horizontal plane.
