Enclume Sling Log with Fireplace Tools

My husband and I are so happy with this set. It is manufactured here in the United States, and it is of the best quality. It is not flimsy, but looks like an expensive set that you will be proud to own. Another reviewer pointed out that there can be confusion with the bolts during assembly. Putting it together should only take five or ten minutes and be pretty straight forward. Just follow the tip that the shorter bolts need to be used on the base and the longer bolts are to be used on the rack itself. The included wrench is the only tool that you need to get the job done right.

I have to chime in with the other reviewers and say that I am happy to purchase a product made in the USA. It looks so nice and just like you advertised. I had very little difficulty in its assembly. The price was a little high (not as high as some other mail order companies), but for the quality I received, I think it is an outstanding value!

If your house is like mine and was constructed with a beautiful fireplace but nowhere to store or stack wood, you will really love this rack. It is very attractive, fits into smaller spaces, and has a nice finish that looks expensive. I do want to say a word of caution about a problem I had when assembling the rack. There are several sets of bolts that look relatively the same. The longer bolts need to be used to put the rack together while the shorter bolts are for the base. If you don't do it this way, the bolts will be too short to go through the rack parts. This was very confusing to me, but once I realize what I had done, installation went fine. I am very happy with my purchase!

When we received our fireplace tools, pieces were missing. I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and contacted the supplier to get the remaining parts. The parts came quickly; however, we determined the original package was the wrong item altogether. I reached back out to customer service. Once again, they responded quickly and reached out to the supplier to get the correct item. They arranged for UPS to pick up the wrong item at our house. Hats off to customer service and all the communication during the issues. The fireplace tools are awesome. They are well-built and stylish. My husband and I are very happy with the experience and product.

I would have no trouble recommending this rack to other potential buyers. It was easy to assemble and looks really great.
