Explain the insulation for this oven. Is it rock wool?
The insulation is in the form of the masonry materials that are included with the kit. However, you can add a blanket of ceramic insulation and wire mesh between the included materials and any facade materials that you install on the outside of this oven.

Yes, this is wood-burning only. There is no option to convert this to a dual-fuel oven. You can see the assembly instructions and details here.
