What is the difference between curbside delivery and curbside delivery with lift-gate? Will the freight company put the pallets in your driveway for you?
1 Answer
The curbside delivery would mean that you have a means of getting the pallet off the truck. If you do not have a means then you would want to upgrade to the lift-gate option and the driver will lower the pallet to the ground at the end of your driveway or road. You will also need to inspect the order prior to signing the paperwork.
