What is the correct CrownCoat sealer to use on metal fireplace crowns?
The SaverSystems CrownCoat Standard Grey Brushable Sealant is suitable for metal fireplace crowns. This product is ready to use, permanently flexible, and easy to apply with a brush. It cures in two to four hours and can be applied in temperatures ranging from 45 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit. For optimal results and to ensure it's fully cured before rain, allow 24 hours of cure time in sunny conditions, or 48 hours if it's cloudy.
