How soon can this be applied after repointing/regrouting a chimney? Does a certified technician need to apply it for the warranty to be active?
This product should be applied after the mortar repairs have had 48 hours of dry time to cure properly. The warranty does not specify that the product should be applied by a professional to be valid. A copy of the warranty can be found in the brochure attached here.
