Then it is measured, cut, and welded by the Outdoor Plus team of experienced metalsmithing professionals. A lacquer finish slows the natural patina process and protects the scupper from chlorine and saltwater. The Outdoor Plus Scoop Fountain Scupper creates a beautiful waterfall capable of moving up to nine gallons per minute for every foot of width.
