Would this container be able to hold 48 pounds of wood pellets?
While the manufacturer does not provide a volume capacity for wood pellets, the comparative sizes of a 40-lb. bag of pellets (approximately 1800 cubic inches) and this container (approximately 2000 cubic inches), then it should indeed be capable of holding 48 lbs of pellets.
