Customer Q&A with Product Specialists
Susan C.
from Jamesville, NY asked:
Do you offer a matte black hearth pad? If not, which color in the Hearth Classics 36 Inch Traditional Tile Type 2 Octagon Hearth Pad - Original Edge series is the closest match?
This pad is not offered in a matte black finish. The closest options in this series are Black Slate, Black Hills, and Charcoal, which you can select from the Choose Finish menu on the Hearth Classics 36 Inch Traditional Tile Type 2 Octagon Hearth Pad - Original Edge page. Black Slate is a natural cleft slate, which the manufacturer describes as moderately rough, giving each pad a unique appearance. All finishes are special order and typically ship within 4-6 weeks.
