How to Choose the Correct Gas Logs for Your Location

When finding the right fireplace logs, consider the location and what that might mean for the log set. Will they be indoors or outdoors? Do you need a set listed for use in a mobile home, bedroom, or bathroom? Fireplaces can go in a variety of places, and that means that log sets can as well! Let's talk about those different options now.

Indoor - Indoor fireplace logs are the most common, given that indoor fireplaces are also the most common. Different styles and sizes are available for indoor hearths, limited mostly by your imagination.

Outdoor - Fireplace log sets are also available for outdoor use. Similar to the indoor log sets, they come in a variety of sizes and styles to customize your hearth. Additionally, they aren't always locked to fireplaces; they can be used in fire pits, fire tables, and more.

Bathroom Approved - Certain fireplace log sets are listed for use in bathroom-approved fireplaces. These can be gas, electric, or another fuel type.

Bedroom Approved - Fireplace log sets can also be listed for use in the bedroom. As with many other types of fireplace logs, different styles, fuel types, and sizes are available.

Mobile Home Approved - Mobile and manufactured homes have fireplaces and need logs or media like other fireplaces! Similarly to the other location fireplace logs, these also come in various sizes, styles, and fuel types.

Now that location is squared away, let's discuss the view type for your fireplace logs.
