*Venting Requirements: This unit requires venting pipe with an inner diameter of 6 Inches. Please see the Venting Components section on this page if available for venting pipe that must be used with this unit. * Please Note: HomeSaver can only be sold and shipped to general contractors or licensed chimney sweeps. Orders to the general public cannot be fulfilled. If you have a contractor please provide his name and address. This will need to be shipped directly to the contractor. The manufacturer will not make exceptions. This chimney rain cap serves as the top termination of your chimney liner pipe. This cap will keep out the rain, snow and debris that can inhibit the performance of your appliance. The cap attaches to the collar plate and is designed fo the six inch chimney liner. The cap has 3/4 inch mesh surrounding the top plate. An adjustable connection band allows the cap to be attached and loosened with nothing more than a screw driver. |

Does this cap meet California spark arrestor requirements?

Because this cap does not use 5/8" mesh, it is not approved for use in California.
