We have reviewed the photo of your adapter plate. Venting adapters for wood inserts are specific to the exact make and model of the appliance, which prevents us from confirming a fitting adapter based solely on a photo, an outer measurement, or the diameter of your existing chimney pipe. The adapter must precisely match the flange dimensions and inner diameter specified by the insert manufacturer for that particular model. Unfortunately, we do not have model-specific installation data for Ember Hearth inserts in our system.
