Made of the strongest 316-ti alloy available, altogether it is a top plate, a storm collar, and a top clamp in one. The collar plate's built-in clamp tightens with and features a trustworthy seal that is welded and water-tight. When installing a HomeSaver UltraPro chimney reliner pipe, this CollarPlate by HomeSaver is a must-have.
