I am paving a walk with brick pavers. I have tried the method of mixing and sweeping into the joints and spraying water, which works quite well if the surface is level. On an incline with this method the mortar mix washes out of the joint and ends up drying on top of the pavers. Is this product friendly enough that the average person can use it?

While I can certainly understand your concern, this gun is actually relatively easy to use for someone of average strength. As long as the mortar mix is mixed correctly and has good consistency, it can be applied with no more effort than is required to apply silicone from a standard caulking gun.
