I needed a chimney support and only had the circumference of the pipe i had . so the sales person calculated the width for me. the size i needed was not in stock so he then went a little further and found another model that would fit. he then contacted the manufacture to make sure the new number would work .after a few other calls back and forth the part was ordered and shipped out. the part showed up and is just what i needed . these people go the extra mile and give excellent service and are a pleasure to deal with.as a person that has been in the service industry for over 30 years i know when some one goes over and beyond with professional service. good job ataboy etc. thanks lee

This particular chimney component is a nice quality, durable piece that you can install quickly, easily, and with no issues. It is crucial to know, however, that this is a triple wall pipe, and that it won?t work for double wall pipes. I?m very pleased with my purchase! Thank you!

My chimney pipe is exceptionally tall, and was needing added support because of that. I initially though this item was a bit too expensive, but I ordered it anyway. When it arrived, that thought went away quickly. This support is extremely sturdy and designed well, and is most definitely worth the cost. My husband and I were able to get it installed quickly and easily, and we feel certain that our chimney will be secure from now on.
