You will need to remove one section as this trim collar is one solid piece.

The collar is not hinged, as it simply slides up against the masonry wall the stovepipe passes into.

Is this a split ring?
This is a solid trim ring, but it can easily be split if you are not able to slip the ring over the radiator pipe.
