Doors are not required with the installation of a 42" Keystone Premium fireplace but they are definitely an addition that will make your fireplace even more elegant. The doors feature a bi-fold design with a black finished frame. The effect of the doors is to frame the fire and to provide some extra protection from sparks. The Keystone Premium fireplace by Empire is a B-vent fireplace that can be installed with a real masonry look and can be installed with doors or left to operate as an open fireplace.
