I have the following heater: Empire GWT50 Gravity-Vented Dual Wall Furnace - Natural Gas - GWT-50NAT. Will this Adaptor kit (DV648) work with it?

This would not work with the GWT50. The GWT50 is only approved for use with ovalized chimney.
