This furnace comes with a ten-year warranty for the combustion chamber and a one-year limited warranty for parts.
Venting Requirements: This item requires a chimney with 4" inner diameter.

Please Note: This unit is approved for mobile home installation where not prohibited by local codes.
Also Note: This unit includes vent components required for complete installation.  Factory supplied vent components must be used.  Locally sourced or separately purchased vent components should not be used and may negatively impact the performance of this appliance.

No, this electronic ignition furnace does not require a pilot light to remain lit when the heater is not functioning.

Conversion kits are indeed manufactured for these units, should you need to change fuels in the future.
